I've been on another popular home delivery meal service and have swapped to HomeChef. It doesn't look as flashy but it sure is tasty and good value. Regular size meals are big enough for me and my favourites are the baked fish (which is uncooked but prepared) the variety of pies and apricot chicken..Mashed potato is yummy in all the meals.Appreciate this service and so do my parents. Super tasty, convenient and great pricing.Many thanks

Food is terrible and the way this business is run is atrocious. Money hungry and no care at all for customers. A lady I know had ordered Xmas turkey lunch for herself and husband last Xmas season which had been ordered a month in advance only to be told a few days prior that they would not be getting their Xmas turkey. So thank you for ruining their day. Disgraceful!! There was no care or consideration! The food shown on your tv ads is nothing like what you actually get. Some food we threw in the bin and the chicken in one meal looked like it was off. We won’t order any more meals and hope other people realize how this business runs with no care and greed

Absolutely disgusting, put review on other site, asked to reach out did so but no reply, put another review still no reply after another email. Hubby was physically ill after two meals. They are unedibke, mist of them went in garbage. We ordered two weeks worth big mistake. A responsible to emails would be appreciated. Should gave expected as before we ordered tried several times to ask questions with no replies, don't waste your money.

the food was priced different than on the menu because of Age care funding (cost More). the say we only pat three dollers a meal (but Age care funding pay the rest) the money that they claim from age care package is more than a normal personpays . the service is bad (ordered large meals got sent regular or the wrong meals ) would not use them again. macdonalds has more flavour

Terrible lack of communication. Told delivery was Tuesday and no one knew it was Thursday. Still haven’t received meals today. Cancelling orders and future one today.

Second online order and will be my last order.Second order received I had to call their office and complain about contents of a meal and being charged a second account establishment fee . Told on the phone I’d receive a refund for the second fee.Refund has not occurred as I was told.Based on the inability to process the refund as promised, I won’t be buying again.

Just got of the phone with Chloe. Her professionalism and knowledge of the product is impeccable. Could not have spoken with a more helpful person. Chloe five stars is not enough. We need more people like you. Your a true legend. Thank you.

Home chef is fantastic and I don't know what we would do without it. Recently I broke my leg and shoulder and there was no way I could prepare a meal for my husband and myself. With home chef we get lovely home cooked meals which are not only tasty but nutritious and at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend home chef to any one.
